TradeCopier publishes product explanations and educational guides about copying trades. This page describes how to interpret our sources, examples and product claims, and how to report a correction.

Product information and educational examples
Our Pricing and Platforms pages describe the product offer and connection requirements. An educational calculation or a general platform feature does not establish that every broker, account type or copying direction is supported. Confirm the requirements for your own setup before connecting accounts.
Hypothetical scenarios are labeled as examples. They are not customer results, capacity tests, testimonials or predictions of trading returns. A routing measurement is separate from broker execution, and an unverified company-reported figure is not an independent benchmark.
Sources and changing specifications
For contract specifications, trading hours and platform rules, reviewed guides link to the relevant exchange or platform documentation beside the explanation. A source-check date records when the reference was reviewed; it is not a promise that the rule will stay unchanged. Check the current contract, broker and account terms before applying an example.
Quoted prices, availability and limits should identify their source and billing period. We distinguish estimates from observed data and leave unavailable measurements unknown. An unsupported statistic should be removed or replaced with a traceable source, rather than repeated as a fact.
Comparisons and author attribution
This website markets TradeCopier. Comparisons that include our product therefore have a commercial interest. Readers should check each vendor's current documentation and pricing. Feature descriptions do not establish superiority, and we do not treat an untested speed claim as a measured ranking.
Each article identifies its credited contributor or editorial team. A byline alone is not a professional qualification. Where a detailed biography is unavailable, we say so rather than generate credentials from an article's topic. A technical reviewer is named only when that review actually took place.
Updates and corrections
Substantive revisions carry an updated date. Reviewed corrections explain material changes near the article introduction and retain the existing address when the reader's task remains the same. Publication and update dates have different meanings; an updated date should not imply that an old article is newly published.
To report an error, contact TradeCopier support with the article URL, the statement in question and a primary source or reproducible example. Include the relevant platform, contract or account context, but do not send trading passwords or private API keys.
